Peritas Fastigheter AB and RED AB (Rico Estate Development) have signed an agreement with NCC to acquire the Ljusta 2:13 property located at Östra Birsta in Sundsvall. The property has a ground area of about 55,000 sqm and a potential building area of about 18,000 sqm. It is next door to ICA Maxi, XXL and Biltema.
