Peritas has converted what was known as the “Dagbladet” building on Köpmangatan in Sundsvall (Patronen 1) into modern office space. Tenants moved in before the summer of 2020, with the primary tenants being Svenskt Näringsliv (the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise), Danske Bank, Norrlandsfonden, Bolagsrätt, Kontor Ett and Home Mäkleri.

The property has a ground area of approximately 55,000 sqm and a building area of approximately 18,000 sqm. Eko and Elgiganten opened in autumn 2019, Jysk opened in spring 2020 and Dollarstore opened its doors in autumn 2020. The property was sold to SPP/Storebrand in the spring of 2020.
