Peritas has acquired the Havren 4 property in Sundsvall. The acquisition was made through a company transaction at an underlying property value of SEK 64 million. The seller is AGORA AB (publ). The property has a lettable area of approximately 4,600 sqm with Ica as the largest tenant. The takeover took place on January 31.
