Peritas Fastigheter AB and RED AB (Rico Estate Development) have signed an agreement with NCC to acquire the property Ljusta 2:13 located in eastern Birsta in Sundsvall.
The property has a land area of approximately 55,000 sqm and a potential building area of approximately 18,000 sqm and is adjacent to ICA Maxi, XXL and Biltema.
