Peritas acquires property in Sundsvall

Peritas has acquired the Havren 4 property in Sundsvall. It was acquired through a company transaction with an underlying property value of MSEK 64. The seller is AGORA AB (publ). The property comprises a leasable area of approximately 4,600 sqm with ICA as the largest tenant. The completion date for the acquisition was 31 January.
