Perol Fastigheter signs agreement with the Swedish Courts Administration

Perol Fastigheter, owned by Peritas, ROPH Invest and Olofsson Invest, has on March 20, 2019 signed an agreement with the Swedish Courts Administration to build a new court building in Hudiksvall.

The court will be centrally located after Drottninggatan, close to the police station. The building will cover approximately 2800 sqm and will be fully leased to the Swedish Courts Administration. Construction is expected to start in spring 2020 and to be completed in Q3 2022.

We have been negotiating with the Swedish Courts Administration for a new building in Hudiksvall for a long time and are pleased that we have now reached our goal and can begin the procurement of the building.

We will also develop an existing building into modern offices of about 1200 sqm and is located adjacent to the new Court building – says Petter Boström.
