Peritas AB has acquired the Patronen block in central Sundsvall.
The property covers a total area of about 4,600 sqm, with about 4,000 sqm of offices and 600 sqm of housing. The property is mostly vacant and will be converted into modern flexible open-plan offices. Peritas took possession of the property on 1 April 2019.
“We’re looking forward to developing this site with its good transport links and parking facilities. There is great potential for a block in this location, close to the new travel centre to be built a mere stone’s throw away. We have already started discussions with several tenants who are interested in modern, centrally located premises. The plan is to be able to offer a move-in date to the first tenants as early as the turn of 2019/2020,” comments Petter Boström, CEO, Peritas.
