Peritas, Kvalitena & RED divests its newly developed retail area of just over 17,000 sqm in Östra Birsta. The buyer for the commercial area will take possession immediately.
The retail area, which today houses EKO Hallen, Elgiganten and Jysk, has had a very positive development. The last phase of the project is under production and is expected to be completed in the fall with a dollar store of almost 4200 sqm.
