Peritas acquires two properties in Sundsvall, which mainly include premises for light industry and a padel center. The agreed property value amounts to SEK 45 million and the seller is Diös. The total area covers approximately 6,000 square meters. Access will take place on July 1, 2020.
The properties that Peritas is buying are located in Nacksta industrial area, outside Sundsvall.
