Peritas sells three properties and acquires a project property in central Sundsvall.
The properties covered by the deal are:
Olympen 3: Offices, Storgatan 20
Patronen 1: Offices, Köpmangatan 1
Patronen 5: Residential, Köpmangatan 5
Balder 3: Housing with project development, Norrmalmsgatan 8 – 10
The sale is a step in the right direction for Peritas as the focus will shift from
property management to other investments and project properties.
The total transaction volume amounts to SEK 327 million
The properties will change owners 29/4 – 2025.
