Peritas has sold a portfolio of properties in Nacksta Industrial Area of approximately 12,000 sqm.
The properties sold are:
► Högom 3:186: Office and warehouse building where Dekra and Propadel are examples of tenants.
► Högom 3:189: Office and warehouse building where the tenantsinclude Paralox, Takringen, Sverull and Besikta
► Högom 3:191: Office and warehouse building Golvettan is the tenant.
► Högom 3:220. Combined warehouse and office space that the company built a few years ago. Balloon King and SCA are examples of tenants.
A third building along Tegelvägen is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by the end of 2022.
