The building will cover approximately 2800 sqm and will be fully leased to the Swedish Courts Administration. Construction is expected to start in spring 2020 and to be completed in Q3 2022.<\/p>\n<p>We have been negotiating with the Swedish Courts Administration for a new building in Hudiksvall for a long time and are pleased that we have now reached our goal and can begin the procurement of the building.<\/p>\n<p>We will also develop an existing building into modern offices of about 1200 sqm and is located adjacent to the new Court building &#8211; says Petter Bostr\u00f6m.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For further information, please contact<br \/>\n<\/strong>Petter Bostr\u00f6m, +46 (0) 70 222 02 12<\/p>\n<p><em>Perol Fastigheter AB is a company owned by Peritas, ROPH Invest and Olofsson Invest.
