The owners divest Sveavalvet AB (publ) containing 53 properties comprising 150,000 square meters of leasable area to NP3 at a property value of SEK 1,180 million. In connection with this transaction, the existing owners of Sveavalvet AB will acquire a portfolio from Sveavalvet AB (publ) comprising approximately 50,000 square meters of leasable area. This portfolio is mainly concentrated in M\u00e4lardalen. <\/p>\n
