The buyer for the commercial area will take possession immediately.<\/p>\n<p>The retail area, which today houses EKO Hallen, Elgiganten and Jysk, has had a very positive development. The last phase of the project is under production and is expected to be completed in the fall with a dollar store of almost 4200 sqm.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;We are pleased to have further developed Birsta with more jobs and strengthened Sundsvall as a trading center, and that we have been able to successfully complete this retail project in a very short time and that we can prove in parallel that external trade is still strong with the right tenant composition.
