Perol Fastigheter signs agreement with Domstolsverket

Perol Fastigheter, which is owned by Peritas, ROPH Invest and Olofsson Invest, signed an agreement on 20 March 2019 with Domstolsverket (the Swedish National Courts Administration) to build a new court building in Hudiksvall.

The court will be centrally located along Drottninggatan close to the police station. The building will cover approximately 2,800 sqm and will be entirely leased in its entirety to Domstolsverket. Construction is expected to start in spring 2020 and be completed in the third quarter of 2022.

“We’ve been negotiating with the Domstolsverket for a new building in Hudiksvall for some time and are pleased that we have now reached the point where we can start the procurement process for the construction element.
We will also develop an existing building into modern offices of about 1,200 sqm adjacent to the new court building,” says Petter Boström.
